Cancellation & Refunds

If a customer requests to cancel a confirmed order, a refund may be issued in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Effective for all purchases made with AVANTI Motor – Wyk auf Föhr Germany !

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our sales or finance department. Cancellations are not automatically granted. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by AVANTI Motor management.
  • Cancellations requested before vehicle preparation or shipment may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on processing stage.
  • Cancellations made after vehicle dispatch or export processing may be subject to administrative or logistic fees.
  • Refunds will only be processed after AVANTI Motor has received the full cleared payment from the client.
  • Once payment is confirmed and the cancellation is approved, refunds are issued within 10 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the client’s bank, currency exchange policies, or country regulations.
  • All cancellations are subject to internal approval and must comply with our company’s terms and conditions.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Transaction fees, administrative costs, or third-party charges (such as bank commissions or currency conversion losses) are non-refundable.
  • By making a purchase, the client agrees to these terms and conditions regarding cancellation and refund eligibility.
  • AVANTI Motor is not responsible for delays caused by intermediary banks or external financial institutions.
  • If AVANTI Motor is at fault:
    100% refund of the full payment received.
    – Plus, an additional 2% compensation of the paid amount as a service gesture.
  • All refunds are processed only after both parties (AVANTI Motor and the client) sign a formal Cancellation Agreement.
    – The Cancellation Agreement must be signed and stamped by both sides.
    – It serves as legal confirmation that both parties agree to cancel the transaction under the terms outlined.
    No refund can be initiated without this signed document.
    – Once the signed cancellation contract is received, the refund process will begin within 10 working days.

    This measure ensures full legal transparency and offers protection for both the buyer and the seller. By requiring a signed and stamped cancellation agreement, AVANTI Motor guarantees that all transactions are handled fairly, securely, and with mutual consent.
